AI pioneer driving the largest IPO for a European Biotech, EXAI. Research driven yet commercially focused, Andrew developed methods that underpin modern drug discovery and took the World’s First AI designed drug into the clinic. Recognising the importance of revolutionising how chemistry is invented.
As former Head of Research Innovation at IBM UK & Ireland, Ed led programs in AI, HPC & Quantum computing. Ed has pioneered the application of AI to quantum chemistry and is now applying this knowledge at XYME to deliver the next generation of programmable catalysts using Generative Scientific Intelligence.
Start-up to Scale-up tech leader, Adrian built inventive Generative AI systems that pioneered the design of the first AI-designed molecules to enter clinical trials as CTO of EXAI. Now Adrian is applying this knowledge to architecting the systems that underpin XYME’s infrastructure and their application to industry-relevant generative science.
A leading computer scientist with deep expertise in structural biology and chemistry, Doug integrates his knowledge of generative design with a deep understanding of how to create and apply programmable catalysts to address industry requirements. With key commercial insights, Doug leads our customer journeys from project inception to delivery.
